Welcome!

This site has been put together by a team of KS3 pupils at Chepstow School exploring sustainability and the environment as part of an ongoing project.  All content and imagery has been generated by the pupils who have been credited at the bottom of each page unless otherwise stated.  The project title is "Sustainable Futures", and this web site has been put together to let you know exactly what you can do, to live a more sustainable life and help protect the environment.  We hope you find it informative.
 Thank you. M. Anthony

Chepstow School would like to achieve the Green Flag (it means the school is very eco-friendly) and to achieve this we need to use recycling bins and have School dinners made from local produce.  We need to try and get most pupils into the habit of catching a bus or walking to school as opposed to travelling by car.  We hope to become a recycling resource in the community.   We hope you find our site useful and informative. Year 8 thinking skills

As a class we are learning about sustainability. We set ourselves some goals to try and achieve.  Our class is hoping to make people more aware of global warming, sustainability and how to live a more greener life.  What we hope to achieve in one year is to get a garden to grow our own vegetables and create our own compost in compost bins.  Our long term aim is to make everyone in Monmouthshire aware of global warming, sustainability and how to live a greener life.
